We send via Royal Mail Signed for Delivery 2nd class. We generally can dispatch straight away. Occasionally the item may be due in and therefore may take a few days longer to be dispatched. If you need an item urgently please contact us to confirm when your item will be dispatched.

We sometimes need to request extra payment towards postage depending on the destination and size/weight of parcel. We will email you to let you know if this is the case once you place your order. We try our best to find the most reliable service at a competitive price and will only request any extra that we will be charged. You will be notified before we dispatch and so you will be able to choose whether to still proceed with your order.
EU countries and international Customs
It is required by law to present all items arriving from outside the EU to Border Force. This mail may be checked by them and be subject to customs charges. Please note that our international delivery charge does not include any custom fees that may occur once in the destination country.
