Returns Policy

We will provide you with a  refund for the cost of the goods if at any time you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. All that we ask is that you return the goods in their original condition and packaging, unused and unworn . All tags should not be removed . Items can only be returned withing 7 days .

We do not refund original shipping charges upon returned items. We will however incur the freight charges if your order is incorrect.

Cancellation

If you require your order to be cancelled, please contact us within 48 hours of submitting the order. Unfortunately a dispatched order cannot be cancelled and we do not refund delivery charge but we will refund the cost of the goods once returned.

Wonderland-Online understands the importance of protecting customers from virus and is continually updating its virus protection. However visitors to the site are responsible for scanning any data and transmissions to be sure they are free from virus, this is agreed when visiting the site. Wonderland-Online will not be held liable for any virus or error received by the visitor.
